Three weeks before the November 4 elections, ACEC/PAC has raised more than $645,000 and disbursed more than $1 million to federal candidates. Click here to log in to the ACEC/PAC website to find out how your state's fundraising is progressing.

ACEC/Arizona and ACEC/Maryland have crossed the PAC finish line for 2014, joining Indiana, South Carolina, Delaware, Hawaii, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Nevada, Kentucky, Connecticut, Washington, North Dakota, Alaska, Illinois, Nebraska and Kansas. Never before have so many M.O.'s reached their annual fundraising goals before the ACEC Fall Conference.

In Arizona, PAC Champion Dave Peterson of Kleinfelder in Tempe credited the commitment of the state Board of Directors: “Each board member takes their assignments and hits the pavement. Dividing up the goal among many ensures that we are each invested in success.”

Maryland PAC Champion Leon Kriebel of Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani in Baltimore, MD, said the state's long-term commitment to ACEC/PAC maintains the annual momentum: “After ten years of making ACEC/PAC a priority, members understand the value of advocacy and that contributions to the PAC are an investment in our businesses.”

ACEC will present awards at the Fall Conference to all M.O.s that have reached their fundraising goals. The annual ACEC/PAC golf tournament will be held on Tuesday, October 21st and Wake Up with ACEC/PAC, a thank-you event for Major Donors, will be on Thursday, October 23rd. Tickets for the Fall Conference Raffle to win a painting by the Conference’s General Session Luncheon speaker Erik Wahl are now on sale. Winners of this promotion and the sold-out ACEC/PAC Fall Sweepstakes will be drawn on Friday, October 24th. For details about ACEC/PAC at the Fall Conference, click here.
