The Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee today approved legislation to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline and force an end to the administration's ongoing review of the pipeline.
Clearing the committee, however, does not ensure that the ACEC-supported bill will gain a vote on the Senate floor. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has shown no inclination to allow the legislation to move forward.
